Jollof (rice & pasta) Sauce
Just add Rice/Pasta

Cooking Instruction
*Soak 320g of golden sella Basmati or easy cook long grain rice in luke warm water for 5 minutes. Wash, rinse and drain Rice.
* Empty content of jar in a pot,
*Add 350ml water for golden sella basmati rice (or 480ml water for easy cook long grain rice)
*Stir and allow to boil on medium heat.
*Add washed rice, stir.
*Cover pot with foil paper and lid
*Reduce cooking heat to low heat.
*Stir rice after 10 minutes
*Cover up and allow to cook for another 10-15 minutes then turn off heat.
(Optional, slice in onion rings and tomatoes then cover pot to steam up)
*stir and serve
(serve with chicken, fish, beef &/ boiled eggs, fried plantain and / vegetables)

Ingredients
Tomatoes, Onions, Red bell pepper, Sunflower oil, chicken broth, chicken stock (with wheat & soya flour), Scotch bonnet, Salt, Herbs, Curry, Garlic, Ginger, acidity regulator: citric acid, (may contain traces of eggs, milk, celery fish, crustaceans)
Store in a cool & dry place.
After opening, refrigerate for up to 5 days.
